If you are looking for a job you will undergo many interview process.Every company have their own set of interview pattern.Top MNC's will have many rounds to filter candidates.If you are a fresher and need to find jobs this will help you out.Make sure you read till last line and if you gain knowledge comment down to motivate us.

1.Prepare for aptitude

The first round in an interview for every company is aptitude round.If you are strong in maths and science formulas it will be a easy round for you.

In an aptitude round the company will test your abilities with set of questions related to problem solving, numerical skills etc.,

As mentioned above the first round is aptitude you need to prepare it according to the job role you have applied

2.Group Discussion

Most companies will have GD round to test you communication and interpersonal skills.They need a candidate who can communicate wisely and one who understand what other speak.To crack GD round you need to improve communication skills.Don't be shy to talk in front of others.Tell your point perfectly.

3.Technical Round

If your job is related to technical field like IT , Research and Development this round is most important for you.They will test your technical skills in this round.Technical round will be held in a MCQ type test or face to face interview test.Based on the role you have applied they will question you.One important thing is that they can ask you about the details mentioned in your resume.So make a resume with details what you completely know.To prepare for technical round they are vast amount of information on the internet.Make a scheduled time to prepare and train yourself.

4.Hr Round

The last round of interview will be a face to face hr round.Most of the companies will conduct this as the last round.In this round you need to answer to the hr questions.It is easy when compared to the previous rounds.The attitude towards the hr and communication is very important in this round.Positive answer and a inspiring candidate will be recruited by hr.
